A league member since 2004, Colby shared duties with Jeff until the pair broke up prior to the start of 2009. Best known for attacking the waiver wire and pulling off season-saving trades, he has had modest success in Robioland and thanks to Calderon finally winning a crown, is the proud owner of the “best team to never win a title” label.
His greatest accomplishments are his 2004 scoring title and twice crashing the finals (losing to Griff both times). However, he’s best known for continuing to be a preseason favorite that fails to live up to the hype and always seeming to have his season end with a postseason loss to Griff (2004, 2005, 2013, 2014 and 2015). At this point though, he’d take a playoff defeat to Coomer, as Colby has missed the two previous postseasons.
